The conference organizers reserve the right to cancel this conference owing to insufficient registration, to amend the conference schedule or agenda and/or to substitute speakers or topics as warranted by unforeseen circumstances. In the event of conference cancellation, all registration fees will be refunded. Please note that we regret that due to our commitment to speakers and hotels, we cannot refund the registration fees for any reason. Transfer of registration to another person will be allowed at the discretion of the Conference organizers
